Before we dive into FY in 2025, it’s important to look back to the last year to reflect and see what you have learnt about yourself. Take time to think about your 2024 and use the headings below to evaluate your past 12 months. Hint: Always start with What Went Well, as your brain will want to focus on the negatives before the positives, but first- let’s celebrate the good stuff!
What Went Well?
What didn’t go well?
What would you do differently?
What did I learn?
Use this section to write out any specific goals you have for 2025. Once you have come up with the main goals (I suggest setting between 3-5), you can use the check-boxes to write out the ‘to-do’ list.
Based on the goals that you have outlined above, what thoughts will FY be thinking in 2025?
Get into the mindset of somebody who has already completed all of the goals you have set for yourself, and imagine what she would think.
Write these out as affirmations that you can repeat in your journal practice.
What are the primary emotions that FY will be experiencing as she becomes a person that is achieving her 2025 goals?
Think about how you want to feel each day. Think about which emotions are going to spur you into action.
You can use the feelings chart here for inspiration.
Now you have got clear on the Thoughts and Feelings your FY will experience in 2025, let’s focus on the ACTIONS that are going to create these results.
What habits will FY commit to in 2025? Split these out into daily, weekly and monthly habits.
Use this vision board to create a visual representation of how you want your 2025 to look. You can use the Unsplash photos available in Notion or even upload your own photos. Note that the tags have been used to split out the different life areas and you can edit or add your own tags.
